“The China Study” (book) and “Forks over Knives” (dvd and book)

The China Study shows us that people who consume a lot of animal protein suffer from chronic diseases later in life. Those who consume mainly plant protein do not. A wide variety of whole plants provide us with all the nutrients we need except for one. Vitamin B12 used to be available in the bacteria found on dirty vegetables. We now have a tendency to clean our vegetables so well that they no longer contain the bacteria which use to provide us with vitamin B12. It can be acquired through a supplement.

Mercury (destroys brain cells – Google – Minamata Disease)

Also watch the documentary “The Cove” http://www.thecovemovie.com.au/ which exposes the capture and slaughter of  thousands of dolphins per year by some Japanese fishermen. The slaughtered dolphins are being sold as whale meat. This meat is contaminated with mercury. Several Japanese scientists who discovered this no longer eat sushi. Ask your dentist not to use Amalgam to fill your teeth. When your old fillings are removed make sure they use a dam to prevent you from swallowing any of the mercury.

Mercury is extremely dangerous, even in very small quantities, as it destroys brain cells.

Salt – Sodium Chloride – NaCl – Sodium


Excess salt is one cause of high blood pressure. When buying processed foods make sure the salt level is less than 120mg per 100g. Unfortunately, this would eliminate most if not all processed foods from your diet. Eating fresh food is best so take control of what you eat and cook it yourself.


Milk and Dairy Products (Liquid Meat)

Why consume the milk of another species? Milk is the perfect food for calves but not for humans.

Milk's calcium is used to negate the acidity caused by the milk's animal protein. Not enough calcium? Then the body uses your bones and your teeth's calcium. Milk does not prevent brittle bones it causes them.

Milk contains growth hormones from the mother cow intend for her calf and also from what the farmer has injected. These growth hormones encourage cancers to grow in our bodies. Milk is made from the blood of the cow. It contains white blood cells to enhance the immune system of her calf. These white blood cells do not help us at all and, in fact, are pus cells. Why are you drinking pus?

Lactose is the sugar in milk. Babies need an enzyme to help digest lactose. Around the age of 2 to 5 years, most babies have lost the ability to produce this enzyme and this is an indication that the babies should have been weaned. Lactose intolerance is normal for everyone above the age of 5 years.

Sugar

Sugar contains 50% Glucose and 50% Fructose. The Glucose is Ok but too much of it causes Type 2 Diabetes. Fructose is converted in to Fat and really bad Cholesterol. The typical Western diet has far too much sugar to be healthy. Eliminate sugar from your diet and only consume it through natural whole foods such as fruit. You will lose weight and your cholesterol will fall. Eat avocadoes to increase your good cholesterol levels. Do not use artificial sweeteners. Sugar is addictive and it turns off your ability to say “I have had enough to eat”, so you eat more and more. Check the side panel of processed foods for sugar content. It will shock you.
