I recently found a way to lose weight, reduce my cholesterol and stabilised my PSA (marker for prostate cancer). My aim is to inform you, not to tell you how to live your life. Once you have the information it is up to you to make an informed decision. I have been a vegetarian for many years. The problem was I was still consuming Dairy which is really liquid meat. I was also consuming too much sugar and salt.
